Congresswoman Lee Questions Secretary of Education Betsy DeVos about Discrimination in Public Schools

Washington, D.C. – Today, at the Appropriations–Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies hearing, Congresswoman Barbara Lee questioned Secretary Betsy DeVos on her priorities for the Department of Education under the FY2019 Budget. Congresswoman Lee sought answers on racial biases in school discipline policies.
