Washington, D.C. – On Wednesday, May 24th at 2:00 PM, a broad coalition of anti-poverty, labor, civil rights, faith and progressive leaders will join Members of Congress for a “Hands Off” press conference to denounce the destructive cuts to vital programs expected in President Trump’s budget. “Hands Off” is a coalition dedicated to stopping damaging budget cuts to health care, disability benefits, nutrition assistance, and other programs that ensure basic living standards.
